 The smallest, mechanically manufactured precision ball has been developed for a medical application.A Scandinavian research institute tries to destroy the evil tumors of human bodies through heated miniature steel balls. The tiny balls are heated up to a higher body temperature. After that, the ball is being placed in close proximity to the tumor cell. The heat radiation is supposed to destroy the tumor cell. This is already the second pharmaceutical application, in which Nanoball has played a significant role. As early as in 1999, a large German pharmaceutical concern tried to develop an effective BSE test by using Nanoball´s products as a carrier for the indicator fluid. |
